On our way there our experienced instructor will provide important instructions about safety and how these machines work. Before the first submersion to a depth of between 5 and 8 meters, participants are instructed in the basic principles of diving through a video and a theoretical class that will help to understand in depth the behaviour of a diver. You will then practice what you have learned in protected shallow waters and immerse yourself in the sea to enjoy the treasures of the Mediterranean. We reach the secluded beach of Coll Baix and here we drop anchor and you can swim and sunbathe in the crystalline Mediterranean waters. Then we head our way to a beautiful cove in the Bay of Pollensa where we anchor. And whilst the crew prepares your lunch you can use the snorkel equipment or the kayak on boards with no extra charge. Lunch (chicken, sausages, pasta salad and fruit) is served with drinks and afterwards, there is still ample time for another swim before home. We return to port at 15:00 approx.

We will leave from the Santa Ponsa Yacht Club and begin a 30-minute boat ride until we approach the area of the Malgrats Islands with calm and shallow waters. Once in the diving point we can enjoy the wonderful marine fauna and flora with snorkel and fins. We will snorkel in crystal clear waters and always under the supervision of a monitor. If the weather allows it, we will enter the Malgrats Islands Nature Reserve, two islets of high ecological value above all for their great diversity of habitats, both marine, and poultry and to a lesser extent on land. Declared a Marine Reserve in 2004, the Malgrats Islands are two islets located in the Bay of Santa Ponsa, with great and growing marine biodiversity. Departing from our dive centre in the Club Náutico de Santa Ponsa and after the previous explanations, we will go to the Malgrat’s Islands sailing along the coast by kayak. Once on the islands, we will visit the most interesting spots such as the caves and the natural pool where we will have a swim and rest. You will be able to dive into the crystal-clear water and enjoy the spectacular underwater world below. You will see many species of fish passing through the area, as well as octopuses and a variety of marine plants. Don’t hesitate to book this guided tour along the coast of Mallorca aboard a kayak to get to know the amazing Malgrats Islands! How is the tour organised? Our first stop will be in Porto Cristo, a beautiful coastal town with a wonderful natural harbour located 14 km from the inland city of Manacor, with free time to take a walk around the port and its narrow and magical streets or relax on the terraces of the marina. Then we will go to the famous Cuevas del Drach, the largest visitable underground caves on the island, 1200 meters long and a maximum of 25 meters deep below the surface. The caves hide inside a large lake, Lago Martel, considered one of the largest underground lakes in the world. Here, taking a small wooden boat, we will enjoy a live classical music concert. Undoubtedly, a unique, unrepeatable and magical experience. After we will go to the Majorica Pearls Shop with free time to visit the store and its museum. Majorica has more than one hundred years of history and it is a single factory, which manufactures artificial pearls with natural extracts, its technique is still a secret, which makes them unique and genuine in the world. We will pass the picturesque towns of Llucalcari and Deia. Have your camera ready, as our next stop is the pretty village of Soller. The spectacular Valley of Soller is famous for its splendid orange and lemon groves, as well as its quaint, original tram ride, which is included in the price. Visiting these areas will allow you to discover the island's most natural beauty, making you fall in love with the precious landscapes you will be witnessing throughout the day. We will arrive in Soller Valley at around 1:30pm. First we will visit the old village of Soller where you can take a pleasant walk to see the most important landmarks of the village such as the main square, Can Prunera Museum, Soller's modernist-style bank, the church of Soller and many more interesting places. If you like art, you can also have a look at the Picasso Ceramic Museum. We will be staying in Soller for about 90 minutes and there will be enough time for lunch (not included). In the town of Soller you will find a wide range of cafes and restaurants where you can eat anything from typical Mallorcan dishes, a menu of the day or just a quick bite. You will also have time to relax in Soller as you enjoy an orange juice or an orange ice cream both a must in this valley famous for its delicious oranges. At around 3pm we will take the tram to go to Port of Soller, which takes about 25 minutes. Here you will have about one hour free time so that you can stroll around and explore this charming natural port and, after visiting this place, our coach will take us back. During the first part of the trip, we will see the coastal scenery of the bay of Alcudia, passing Aucanada with its lighthouse, the coves of Cabo Pinar or the spectacular cliffs of Coll Baix where we will stop for a 15-minute swim if time permits. The second part of the tour to Formentor will take us through the bay of Pollensa on our way to Formentor. The beach of Formentor is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Mallorca. At Formentor, you will have 45 minutes – 1 hour of free time, whether you want to swim in the crystal clear waters of the beach, stroll around or relax on the beach. In 1906 a treasure was discovered just a few minutes away from Palma: The Genova Caves, a fascinating natural legacy sculpted in stone, drop by drop, over centuries. In prehistoric times, the natural caves in Mallorca served as a habitat and refuge. Nowadays, they enchant thousands of people every year with their natural beauty, sculpted by water over the centuries: enormous domes, majestic columns, natural pools and even tunnels. Reopened to the public a few years ago, the Genova Caves are the closest caves to the capital of the Balearic Islands. Their proximity to Palma makes them easily accessible to visitors, as they are located in the residential neighbourhood of Génova, in Palma. Like the rest of the caves and caverns in Mallorca, they are made up of a series of underground galleries of calcareous origin and linked by naturally formed corridors. The interior tour is approximately one kilometre long and descends up to 36 metres in depth.

You cannot miss the opportunity to visit one of the most ancient “possesions” in Mallorca, typical Mallorca house with charming corners and maintaining its essence. A wonderful garden to walk through that will delight your senses. The Gardens Get impressed by this beautiful garden in the middle of Serra de Tramuntana. With a clear influence of English landscaping. The access consists of a wide avenue, or Roman “paseo de salon”, with three lanes of large plane trees, that reaches the “Clastra” (the typical “patio” of Majorcan country houses of a certain importance, called “possesions”). At the end of an avenue of palm trees is the facade that gives access to the most emblematic feature of the garden: the pergola with its water fountains, reconstructed at the beginning of the eighteenth century. Half of its length is adorned with twenty-four stone hydras. The numerous water jets cross one another, turning the shimmer and murmur of the water into a real gift for the senses Moving along, we reach a part of the garden remodelled in the mid-nineteenth century, with a clear influence of English landscaping, leafy and shady. This part holds the Jardinet de la Reina (The Queen’s little garden) so-called because it was conceived because of Queen Elizabeth II’s stay in Alfabia. The lower garden has a tropical flavour and a small pond with water lilies. Here we can find a wide array of palm trees from which the “garballons” stand out, a protected species that typical from Mallorca. As a historic Finca and lovers of the environment and the characteristic fauna and flora of the Balearic Islands, more specifically the Sierra de Traumanta, we breed the typical black pig for the traditional “matanza” that is carried out during the winter months to obtain the famous “sobrasadas”. You can also find Mallorcan and Ibizan goats, as well as peacocks, ducks and other poultry. The Balearic Islands are one of the zones with the highest number of native breeds, due to its island position and minimal contact with species from outside the island. The House The structure of the house has Roman-Andalusian roots. We find features and elements of different styles: Arabic, Gothic, Renaissance, Baroque, Roman, Rococo and even English in the decoration of the rooms. The main facade, created by Joan d’Aragó, an important Baroque architect of the mid-eighteenth century, is flanked by two “colcadors” or stone mounting-blocks. Its large portal (portal forà), whose doors are sheathed in bronze, has on each side two elliptical windows called “Ojo de buey” (ox-eye) and is set off by two columns and a lovely baroque frame of reddish local stone. Time has left traces of each era in the house, while the whole complex maintains its balance. In this sense, the development of the house of Alfabia is a model of respect for the past and evolution, of conservation and innovation. Inside, we can highlight the ground floor, where the rooms are more extensively furnished, which include the “Sala Gran” with painted scenes of the port of Palma and other towns; the “Sala de l’Alcova”, whose walls are covered with yellow damask, above painting of rural scenes; the “Sala de la Cadira” with numerous illustrations, musical instruments, neoclassical busts; and the dining room, the result of the reforms of the nineteenth century with painted scenes on wood and painted cloth walls hangings.
