By accessing or using Trippatron, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.
2. Use of the platform
You must be at least 18 years old to use Trippatron. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You agree not to misuse the platform, circumvent security measures, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
3. Bookings and payments
When you book an activity or hotel through Trippatron, you enter into a contract with the relevant service provider. Trippatron acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the performance of the underlying service. All prices are displayed inclusive of applicable fees. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
4. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation and refund policies vary by activity and hotel. The specific policy is shown at the time of booking. Trippatron will facilitate refunds in accordance with the applicable policy. Visa application fees are generally non-refundable once submitted to the relevant authority.
5. Visa services
Trippatron provides guidance and application assistance for visa and immigration services. We do not guarantee the outcome of any visa application. Approval decisions rest solely with the relevant government authority. We are not responsible for denied applications, missed trips, or related losses resulting from a visa decision.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trippatron shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance. We will provide at least 30 days notice of material changes.
