How our reviews work
Unedited and uncensored
Reviews appear exactly as they are written. We do not edit wording, and we do not cherry-pick only the flattering ones. The good and the critical both stay up.
Never pay-to-remove
Hotels, suppliers, and partners cannot pay to remove, bury, or alter a review. Ratings reflect real guests, not commercial relationships.
