Refund Policy

1. Activities and experiences

Most activities on Trippatron offer free cancellation up to 24 hours before the experience start time, unless otherwise stated. The specific cancellation policy is shown on each product page before you confirm your booking. Refunds for eligible cancellations are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

2. Hotel bookings

Hotel cancellation policies vary by property and rate type. Free cancellation periods, if applicable, are clearly displayed before checkout. Non-refundable rates are labelled as such and cannot be refunded after booking.

3. Visa services

Our visa service fee is non-refundable once document review has commenced. If your visa application is rejected by the embassy or consulate, we will re-submit your application at no additional service charge, subject to a valid reapplication route being available. Government fees are non-refundable in all cases.

4. Study abroad services

Study abroad advisory fees are refundable in full within 48 hours of purchase if no service has commenced. After that period, partial refunds may be available depending on the stage of service delivery.

5. How to request a refund

To request a refund, contact us at support@trippatron.com with your booking reference and reason for cancellation. We aim to respond within 24 hours on business days.

6. Processing times

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or card issuer.
